Student Organizations  
 
The Department of Communication offers several student organizations which are sponsored by professional area chapters and affiliated with national organizations. The primary purpose for these organizations is to provide an opportunity for students to work together on fund raising projects, view professional communicator presentations, and network with area communication and marketing professionals.

An APSU Chapter of the International Association Business communicators is currently active on
campus and sponsored by the Nashville IABC.

APSU National Broadcasting Society (AERho) is a
collegiate broadcasting society with many activities

The Public Relations Student Society of America has
a chapter at APSU. The chapter is very active with fund raisers, guest speakers, networking with PR professionals, and is sponsored by the Nashville Public Relations Society of America. Dr. Pam Gray is the PRSSA advisor; contact her for details at GrayP@APSU.edu.
