My name is Corey Adams, a senior journalism major at Austin Peay State University. I currently work in the Sports Information department where I coordinate two sports, while also contributing for others and writing for

Sports are my life, and I knew ever since I was kid that I wanted to become a sports writer. It's a passion which has led me to three job opportunties, beginning in 2011 for After years of covering mixed martial arts, I began covering athletics for Austin Peay's student newspaper, The All State, where I served as the lead beat writer.

In the Fall of 2014, I made the transition to Sports Information, and instantly familiarized myself with a new agenda. Each day, I'm given the platform to tell the stories of student-athletes, creating feature stories I will forever look back on.

Outside of Austin Peay, my sports obsession continues amongst all major leagues. I'm always watching a game if a TV is nearby, especially my Denver Broncos.

I'm a family-oriented person, so in my spare time I enjoy spending time with them and my friends.
